Becky Meloan
Becky Meloan likes to play with books. In addition to her work as Senior Review Editor for The Independent, she is also a founding member of the Gaithersburg Book Festival Committee, where she recruits authors for appearances. She has previously worked in two libraries, managed the sales of millions of dollars of women’s clothing, children’s clothing, and books, and run her neighborhood’s swim team. She passed up her chance to appear in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, a decision she regrets only once each year.
