Karen Hansen


Karen Hansen is a writer and editor with a special interest in the performing arts and health-related issues. A former researcher and associate producer for CBS News in New York, she worked on the “CBS Evening News,” “CBS Special Reports,” and “60 Minutes.” She has been a contributor to the annual Anthology of Performing Arts published by the Library of Congress and she helped write a finding aid for the Library’s NBC Radio Collection. A native Washingtonian, she has a B.A. from Barnard College.
