Amanda Wicks

Amanda Wicks will soon earn her PhD in American literature at Louisiana State University, where she studies the intersections of contemporary literature and cognitive science. She has two scholarly articles forthcoming in Critique: Studies in Contemporary Fiction and the edited collection Within Trauma (NYU Press). She also likes to stretch her writing limbs and incorporate her other interests by covering the local music scene for 225 Magazine in Baton Rouge, LA.
