Jenn M. Jackson in Conversation with Preston Mitchum
- February 5, 2024
The author of Black Women Taught Us comes to DC on Thurs., Feb. 8th, at 7 p.m.!
For a new generation of movement organizers and co-strugglers, Black Women Taught Us serves as a reminder that Black women were the first ones to teach us how to fight racism, how to name that fight, and how to imagine a more just world for everyone.
Jackson will be in conversation with Preston Mitchum, founder and principal of PDM Consulting and the first openly LGBTQ chair of the Washington Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. In 2021, he was voted DC's Most Committed Activist by the Washington Blade.
