Loyalty is honored to welcome Dr. Ibram X. Kendi and Clint Smith for How to Raise An Antiracist!  This live, in-person event will take place at AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center, located at 8633 Colesville Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20910. This is a ticketed event and you must purchase a ticket to attend. Each ticket includes a signed copy of How to Raise an Antiracist, and additional copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event. Masks required and proof of vaccination OR negative Covid PCR test (within 72 hrs) are required. You can review AFI Silver Theatre's health and safety protocols here. On June 14, Dr. Kendi will also publish Goodnight Racism (Kokila), a modern bedtime classic illustrated by Cbabi Bayoc that gives children the language to dream of a better world.
