Andy Davidson’s debut novel, In the Valley of the Sun, was nominated for multiple awards, including the 2017 Bram Stoker Award for Superior Achievement in a First Novel. The author’s sophomore outing, The Boatman’s Daughter, released this February, is another hair-raising, supernatural tale that reviewer Daniel Weaver called “a frightening, sticky, damp story of the bayou.” Davidson recently discussed The Boatman’s Daughter with WYPL.
