Steven C. Lowe

Steven C. Lowe lives in Washington and
is retired from a career in telecommunications and international
business. He has written articles about Robert G. Ingersoll in White
House History Journal
(#31) and the Journal of The Federal Circuit
Historical Society
(vol.4, 2010).  He leads walking tours about
Ingersoll’s life and time spent in Washington, DC (www.ingersoll.wash.org) and serves on the Board of Directors of Washington Area Secular Humanists (www.wash.org). He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA), George
Washington University (MBA), and a former Peace Corps Volunteer (Zaïre).
