Meet one of our esteemed panelists!

The Washington Writers Conference Presents Christopher Gonzalez

Christopher Gonzalez is a queer Puerto Rican writer, author of the story collection I’m Not Hungry But I Could Eat, and a fiction editor at Barrelhouse magazine. Even better, he’s speaking at the 2022 Washington Writers Conference on May 13-14 in Rockville, MD!

During “Out in the Open: LGBTQ Writing across Genres,” just one of many outstanding panels happening at this year’s conference, Gonzalez will be joined by James Magruder, dave ring, and Mariah Barber in a conversation — moderated by Poet Lore editor Emily Holland — about working in multiple fields as LGBTQ+ writers.

Don’t miss your chance to hear from Gonzalez and other pros at the Washington Writers Conference! We have fewer than 10 spots left, so REGISTER NOW. (Proof of vaccination against covid-19 is required to attend.)
