Regina Ryan is one of the many agents who’ll be taking pitches at the 2023 Washington Writers Conference. Here are some things to know about her:
- Before founding her boutique literary agency, Regina Ryan Books, she was the first female editor-in-chief of MacMillan Adult Books.
- Regina represents adult and juvenile nonfiction on subjects ranging from popular science and true crime to self-help and business.
- She’s a founding member of the Agents Round Table and is also a member of the Authors Guild, PEN/Faulkner, Women’s Media Group, and the Association of Authors’ Representatives.
- She lives in New York but is a native of Washington, DC.
