About this eventCome hear sets by Poet Project finalists Dominic 'Nerd' McDonald, Dale Brown, and Chris Biles and vote at the end to select the 2022 DC Poet Project winner! This event is occurring live in person at the Bellevue DC Public Library. Masks are required for non-performers. Hosted by Stuart Anderson. The DC Poet Project is a poetry reading series with connected open-to-all poetry competition. This event is the culminating reading in the 2022 series, and features finalists selected at earlier events in the series. Before the sets by the featuring finalists, past Poet Project winners Jenn Koiter (2021 winner), John Johnson (2018 winner), and Kevin Wiggins (2019 winner) will perform. At the conclusion of the event attendees will live-vote to select the 2022 Poet Project winner from among the finalists and to receive a $1,000 book contract. |
