I came across this photo gallery of the reading room in Donald Oresman’s midtown Manhattan apartment and I had to share it here, knowing that some of you would appreciate it. Yes, the view out the window is Central Park.
Scroll through the slideshow and imagine how much you’d enjoy having this room as your own private library.
The piece doesn’t say how much the room cost, but it’s probably safe to conclude that Oresman makes more money than you (or, um, me).
Oh well, what a beautiful use of some of it.
