Join your neighbors in supporting Capitol Hill’s own literary festival! 2016 will mark the fifth year for the annual Literary Hill BookFest, which attracts thousands of visitors to our community to meet and greet local authors, buy books, and learn about book-related resources and services on the Hill.

Over 30 local writers from Capitol Hill display, discuss, and sign their books. The Hill’s newest bookseller will sell books on-site. Selected authors will give brief talks or readings. A children’s corner will offer story times and activities. Librarians, conservators, publishers, and others will be on hand to answer questions. Admission is free!
