In a ceremony that celebrates the winner as “first among equals,” all five authors will be honored during the 38th Annual PEN/Faulkner Award ceremony at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, DC, on Saturday, May 5, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 for the reading ceremony and formal reception, which will feature specialty cocktails and an hors d’oeuvre buffet.
