Michele Wolf and Alan Britt read from their poetry. Includes literary trivia quiz and brief open-mic. Michele Wolf is the author of Peacocks on the Streets, Immersion, Conversations During Sleep,and the chapbook The Keeper of Light. Her poems have appeared in the Southern Review, Poetry, the Hudson Review, etc. Her honors include the Anhinga Prize for Poetry, a Maryland State Arts Council Independent Artist Award, and fellowships from Yaddo, the Edward F. Albee Foundation, the Virginia Center for the Creative arts, and the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County. She teaches at the Writer’s Center in Bethesda. Her website is michelewolf.com. Alan Britt’s poems have appeared in Agni Review, American Poetry Review, the Bitter Oleander, Cottonwood, Kansas Quarterly, Midwest Review, Minnesota Review, Missouri Review, New Letters, Osiris, and Stand (UK). His latest books are Garden of Earthly Delights and The Tavern of Lost Souls, from UnCollected Press and Červená Barva Press, respectively.
