Day Eight has been hard at work on a new staging of "Bright Before Us Like a Flame," our 40-minute theater performance featuring the poetic works of Langston Hughes and performers Pi-Anir, Amuchechukwu Nwafor, and Kim B Miller. Directed by Regie Cabico, the piece will be performed at 12 schools over a three-week span starting next week. Join the Day Eight community for a dress rehearsal showing at the Shepherd Park Library!
