Head to the Ivy on Saturday morning, September 14th, to make a craft with children’s author Dee Write, whose picture books about Little Ruth follow a young character learning to build confidence and head out into the world (like on the first day of school!) with the support of her family behind her. Joined by the author herself, we’ll make picture frame crafts for you to use to frame your first-day-of-school photos, and you’ll have a chance to have your books signed! Stop by any time between 9-10 to join in, and then play some lawn games and browse the shop. |
