Join Arlington Public Library in a bookclub to unlearn racism.

Book Description: An NAACP Image Award Nominee, Kimberly Jones' and Gilly Segal's "I'm Not Dying with You Tonight" follows two teen girls―one black, one white―who have to confront their own assumptions about racial inequality as they rely on each other to get through the violent race riot that has set their city on fire with civil unrest.

This book discussion will be led by the Arlington Public Library group Beyond the Hashtag: Unlearning Racism, One Book at a Time. This group fosters a sustainable discussion around systemic racism while exploring these complex social dynamics through direct literary analysis and conversation.
