Penelope S. Farthing

Penny Farthing is a practicing attorney in Washington. She holds a BA in political science from Purdue University and a JD from Indian University’s Maurer School of Law in Bloomington which recently named her to its Academy of Law Alumni Fellows..  She is a bibliophile, a rabid Nats fan, a longtime Georgetowner and the mother of teen age twins.  Penny is the wife of former Virginia attorney general Andy Miller.  She reads both fiction and nonfiction but has a special passion for history, politics and biography.
