Kim Drew Wright

Kim Drew Wright has fiction and poetry published with over a dozen international literary journals and organizations. The Strangeness of Men, her debut collection of short stories, flash fiction, and prose poetry, is due out in summer 2015 from Quick Wit Lit, LLC. A naked sleepwalker, Wonder Woman wrangled by a housewife, a murder, sex lessons at church nacho night, the mythic Andromeda in an assisted-living facility, a Zambian youth besieged by bullies, and a guy in a dog suit — these are just a few of the 38 tales that will keep you thinking long after you put down the book.

Kim graduated from the University of North Carolina and had an advertising career. Currently residing in Richmond, Virginia, she has lived in seven states. Three children, two Westies, and a husband occupy Kim's time when she is not scribbling furiously at her desk or paddleboarding on the James River. She writes a newsletter for witty readers and writers — Real Spiel.
