Clarissa Harwood

Clarissa Harwood is author of the historical novels Impossible Saints (2018) and Bear No Malice (2019), both published by Pegasus Books. She reviews for both the Independent and the Historical Novel Society. With a Ph.D. in 19th-century British literature, Clarissa is a part-time university instructor and full-time grammar nerd who loves to explain the difference between restrictive and nonrestrictive clauses. She lives with her husband and four neurotic cats in Ontario.
